Your eyes adjust
Step out of a dark garage into the sun and it dazzles for a second. Plus a soft glow on bright spots and a filmic tone curve.

Sky and clouds
The sky is computed for the sun’s position, clouds are lit properly, distant air has depth and mornings bring mist over the fields.

Water
Lakes reflect the shore, the forest and the sky. Reflections are taken from where you stand, not from one spot on the map.

Trees
Real 3D trees instead of the flat forest backdrops, near and far. Sunlight comes through the leaves.

Headlights, brake lights, indicators
Car lamps really glow, and the dipped beam lands on the road as a proper headlight pattern.

The village at night
House windows and street lamp bulbs glow, the lamps cast shadows and you can see their light in the air. Fires flicker in the fireplaces.

Rain
The main road and the yard’s concrete get wet and reflect the sky and the headlights.

A lightning flash lights up the ground and the clouds.

Real ground textures blended by height. And grass no longer grows through the asphalt.

Presets
Three modes, one key
Pick a mode in the launcher, and switch it in the game with F7. Graphics are per player: your friend can stay on Original while you run Maximum, and co-op doesn’t mind.
The game exactly as it is without the mod. Everything we change goes back.
The main mode, on by default. Good-looking without extra load.
Everything maxed out. For graphics cards that are bored.
